Chair of the Board of Directors
George Dutile
George is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at The Brydon Group, a committed capital PE Firm, where he leads investments in small businesses. With an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, George has held leadership roles at J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs. A former Naval Special Warfare officer and Marine, he is also an adjunct professor at Georgetown University, teaching entrepreneurship.

Erringer Helbling
As the CEO of Demati, Erringer specializes in bridging the public-private divide for global security. With a Master’s in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins and a BS from West Point, she has held significant roles including Advising the Defense Innovation Unit and running operations at HawkEye 360. Her experience spans both government and private sectors, including SpaceX, the White House, and the Intelligence Community. She co-founded the Command Purpose Foundation, a non-profit specializing in supporting veteran women in their transition into civilian life.

Jake Kramer
Jake is the Head of Government Partnerships at Vaire Computing, a near zero-energy computing company. He previously was a managing partner at FedTech—a venture builder at the intersection of entrepreneurship, breakthrough technologies, and mission-driven organizations—and currently serves as a Venture Partner with Thundermark Capital and NextGen Venture Partners. Prior to these roles, he was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs and began his career as a U.S. Army officer. He holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School and a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Hofstra University.
